Any disputes, claims, or controversies related to this Privacy Policy or our data handling practices shall be governed by Indian law. By using our services, you agree that any such legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

In case of any disagreement regarding the interpretation, validity, breach, or termination of this Privacy Policy, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion within 30 days.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
