Terms & Conditions (DPDP Act, 2023 Compliant)

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by FEEDSHACK COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD., having its registered office at 128/1206 “Y” Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 208011 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

• The Company does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
• Opinions expressed by users are personal views and do not reflect the views of the Company.

3. Consent for Data Processing

• By using the Platform, you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent for processing Personal Data.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
• Withdrawal of consent may result in limited or discontinued access to services.

4. Purpose Limitation

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
