1. Our Aim

At Feedshack, our mission is to ensure the free, transparent, and conflict-free flow of information between form creators and respondents. We aim to foster honest and open communication, building trust and clarity for all involved parties.

2. About the Report System

Feedshack Communications Pvt. Ltd. has built a robust reporting system to maintain platform integrity and accountability. Both Clients (survey creators) and Customers (respondents) can report inappropriate behavior under the following conditions:

a. When Clients Can Report Customers:
  • Submitting fake or misleading survey responses
  • Providing inappropriate, irrelevant, or vague answers
  • Following suspicious response patterns (e.g., always choosing the first/last option)
  • Exhibiting suspicious behavior or platform misuse
b. When Customers Can Report Clients:
  • Surveys that appear inappropriate, suspicious, or irrelevant
  • Requests for personal or sensitive information
  • Redirects to third-party websites with malicious or fraudulent intent
  • Requests for banking information (card numbers, IFSC, OTP, passwords, etc.)

3. Reporting Process and Verification

Reports from either party will be reviewed neutrally by Feedshack. No action is taken until a report is verified as valid. Once confirmed, Feedshack will notify the relevant party via official email with details and next steps.

4. Potential Actions and Consequences

Upon validation of a report, Feedshack reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Deduct credited amounts from the Customer’s Feedshack wallet
  • Hold, suspend, or delete the reported form or related forms
  • Issue rewards to the party reporting the violation
  • Confiscate any related funds (non-refundable)
  • Impose penalties on Clients or Customers found in violation
  • Initiate legal proceedings as per applicable laws
